Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds.

  • If items arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Include photographs and a description of the damage.
  • Our team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellation of orders BEFORE PROCESSING will incur a 15% fee.
  • We do not accept cancellation of orders after the status has been changed to processing.
